These Terms govern your use of the Founders Connect mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old. By signing up you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You retain ownership of the posts, comments, journals, messages, and images you upload. By posting, you grant Founders Connect a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Any signed‑in user can report content via the menu on a post, comment, message, or profile. Our team reviews every report within 7 days and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms. We may also block, suspend or terminate accounts that pose a safety risk to other users.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or our community guidelines. On termination, your content is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founders Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to USD 50.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in‑app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance.
